-Neal has black hair, brown eyes is 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds.
-He is wanted on suspicion of a number of charges for distribution of controlled substances and was last known to live in the Taylor Street area of Lynchburg.

Here is a synopsis of crimes reported to the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office Oct. 24-31:
-Grand larceny, Northvail Drive, Oct 18: A grass trimmer, Briggs & Stratton generator, Coleman generator, and power washer were taken from a storage unit.
-Obtain money by false pretenses, Myrtle Street, Oct 23: A local resident’s name was used without permission to obtain loans.
-Petit larceny, Seminole Drive, Oct 22: Two flower pots were taken from a residence.
-Property damage, South Amherst Highway, Oct 23: A vehicle drove through the Carter Bank drive-through lane and damaged the roof.
-Grand larceny, Cherry Hill Road, Oct 26: A Taurus 9mm pistol was taken from a vehicle.
-Grand larceny, Hilltop Drive, Oct 25: A brown tri-fold wallet with cash, credit cards and driver’s license was taken from a vehicle.
-Property damage, Patrick Henry Highway, Oct 27: A mailbox was damaged.
-Petit larceny, Lancer Lane, Oct 27: A box of fundraising candy, a wallet with cash and several gift cards were taken from a book bag in the hall at Amherst County High School.
-Burglary, Barrington Drive, Oct 28: A Samsung 54” television was taken from a residence.
-Petit larceny, Lancer Lane, Oct 28: Two book bags were entered and cash and food were taken at the high school.
-Property damage, Stayman Lane, Oct 27: A window in a house and a car were broken.
