Terry Fitzgerald Thomas
Thomas is a black male, 5’8”, 160 punds who is wanted on capiases from Amherst Circuit Court for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. Thomas was last know to live in the Victoria Ave area of Lynchburg.
Below is a list of crimes being investigated by the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office.
Petit Larceny, Lexington Turnpike, June 28, fuel was pumped into a car and the owner left without paying.
Petit Larceny, South Amherst Highway, June 27, medication was taken from a parked vehicle.
Petit Larceny, North Amherst Highway, June 29, fuel was pumped into a vehicle and the owner left without paying.
Property Damage, Stonewall Creek Road, June 27, a parked vehicle was damaged.
Property Damage, Mundy’s Mill Road, June 29, a windshield was damaged on a parked car.
Property Damage, Kentmoor Farm Road, June 27, a mobile home was entered and damaged.
Property Damage, Kroening Lane, June 23, a window was broken on a parked car.
Property Damage, Greenwood Drive, June 30, a child’s pool was damaged.
Grand Larceny, Greenwood Drive, June 30, drinks, a cell phone, and library cards were taken from a parked vehicle.
Grand Larceny, Dylan Road, June 27, a Stihl 36” chainsaw, Husqvarna 365 chainsaw, Husqvarna 141 chainsaw, and a Husqvarna 345 chainsaw were taken from a storage building.
Grand Larceny, Kentmoor Farm Road, July 2, a blue, 1988 Toyota Camry was taken from a residence.
Attempted Arson, South Amherst Highway, July 2, the Dixie Outfitters building had a window broken out and a bottle with flammable liquid thrown in the building.
Petit Larceny, Oak Ridge Drive, July 2, a checkbook and cash was taken from a vehicle.
Petit Larceny, Kentmoor Farm Road, July 2, a vehicle registration was taken from a car.
Petit Larceny, North Amherst Highway, July 6, gas was pumped, and not paid for before the driver left.
Petit Larceny, Madison Square, July 2, a pocketbook and contents were taken from a shopping cart.
Petit Larceny, Brightwell’s Mill Road, July 2, a 2-year-old Pit-Bull was taken from a residence.
Property Damage, Harrison Road, June 1, a garden was damaged.
Property Damage, Lyttleton Lane, July 5, a windshield was damaged on a vehicle.
Property Damage, Izaak Walton Road, July 5, a mailbox was damaged.
Petit Larceny, Main Street, July 4, gold photo frames, a blender, and clothes were taken from a residence.
Property Damage, Izaak Walton Road, July 5, a mailbox was damaged.
Property Damage, Main Street, July 2, graffiti was pained on a building.

Grand Larceny, Woodland Drive, July 2, a class ring, Xbox games, movies and cash were taken from a vehicle.

Computer Fraud, Thomas Road, July 2, a resident purchased items over the Internet and never received them.
Burglary, Dixie Airport Road, July 4, cash, a case of Natural Light beer and a bank moneybag were taken from Triangle Market.
Obtain Money by False Pretenses; July 3, a local resident purchased property and never received a title.
Credit Card Fraud, Richmond Highway, July 3, charges were made on a local resident’s credit card without their permission.
Grand Larceny, 5th Street, July 4, a wallet with cash was taken from a residence.
Grand Larceny, Wright Shop Road, July 3, a variety of auto parts were taken from Virginia Auto Parts.
