Grand Larceny, Monroe Street, April 11, an Eton bike was taken.
Property Damage, Old Wright Shop Road, April 4, three drink-vending machines were damaged.
Grand Larceny, Fairmont Drive, April 10, a contractor was hired to do work for a local resident and did not do work.
Petit Larceny, Lancer Lane, April 4, a pair of Nike Air Jordan tennis shoes was taken from a classroom at the Amherst County High School.
Petit Larceny, Lancer Lane, April 8, cash was taken from the girls locker room at Amherst County High School.
Petit Larceny, Lancer Lane, April 4, a wallet and cash were taken from the boys’ locker room at Amherst County High School.
Forgery, Old Wright Shop Road, Feb 20, a check was forged and uttered at Virginia Auto Parts.
Petit Larceny, South Amherst Highway, April 14, cash was taken from a pocket book at Wendy’s.
Grand Larceny, Kentmore Farm Road, April 15, a Remington 12-gauge shotgun and several Wachovia bank checks were taken from a residence.
Grand Larceny, West Perch Road, April 6, an engine, set of pistons, transmission and a floor jack were taken from a residence.
Robbery, Harris Road, April 16, two males entered a residence, both were dressed in black clothing, both wearing black and cream colored masks, one with a shotgun and one with a semi-automatic pistol demanded property from the residents and left on foot. Both firearms had laser type sights on them.
Arson, South Amherst Highway, April 16, a glass container containing a burning flammable liquid was thrown onto the roof of Dixie Outfitters at 4886 South Amherst Highway. The device burst on contact and burned quickly out.
Burglary, Phelps Road, April 8, a checkbook, savings book and men’s ring were taken from a residence.
Grand Larceny, Wynbrooke Drive, April 16, one roll of green carpet and three rolls of tan carpet were taken from a residence.
Grand Larceny, Madison Square, April 15, a wallet and cash were taken from a shopping cart at Wal-Mart.
Grand Larceny, High Peak Road, April 17, jewelry was taken from a residence.
