Aliff is 5-feet-11 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Aliff is wanted for violation of probation and was last known to live in the Keys Mill area of Buena Vista.
He was last known to work in construction throughout this area.

Property damage and grand larceny: Richmond Highway, Aug 3: A garage door was damaged and a radiator and several catalytic converters were taken.
Property damage, Sprouce’s Drive, Aug. 4: A Trek 820 mountain bike was taken from a residence.
Petit larceny, Seminole Drive, Aug. 4: A 26-inch green and silver mountain bike was taken.
Petit larceny, Old Wright Shop Road, Aug. 5: A license plate, JYK-9118, was taken.
Property damage, Brandywine Drive, Aug. 5: A residence was damaged.
Petit larceny, Amelon Square, Aug. 5: Cash was taken from Tractor Supply.
Property damage, Branch Drive, Aug. 5: A parked car was damaged.
