Amherst County supervisors are set to get a presentation today on figures from the Greater Lynchburg Transit Company.
GLTC proposed to cut back some bus line service to parts of the county recently. The county would have to pay more money to keep full service.
Supervisors want more data from GLTC before deciding.
Also today, supervisors are scheduled to hear from County Attorney J. Vaden Hunt on the county’s noise ordinance and possible changes.
Supervisors also will hold a handful of public hearings at 7 p.m., including one on intent to file an application seeking grant funds for police vehicles.
